The Liberia Care for Humanity Inc., LICH was organized by nine(9) Liberians from diverse professional backgrounds and trainings in the city of Monrovia, Republic of Liberia.
LICH emerged from the dream of M. Gailay Barclay, a Liberian, an Educator and a Statistician, who was kindled with the vision of serving the teaming number of helpless distressed people the Liberian civil crisis produced across the country.
His idea fell on the fertile heart of Mrs. Euphemia K. Abdullai who teamed up with him to sell the idea to others in the community.
